Terms of Service

These terms apply to software and services provided by lo-fi cafe, LLC ("lo.fi", "we", "us"), including NOOTCH! and lo-rain (the "Software") and the website lo.fi. By buying, downloading or using the Software you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. Licenses
- Lifetime: a one-time payment for a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the current major version of the Software and its updates, on up to 2 Macs at a time.
- Standard (monthly): use on up to 2 Macs at a time while the subscription is active.
- Family (monthly): use on up to 5 Macs at a time while the subscription is active, for you and people in your household.
You can move a license between your own Macs from the app. Licenses are for personal use by the purchaser (and household, for Family) and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to circumvent device limits.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to support@lo.fi; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, crack, redistribute or tamper with the licensing of the Software. We may revoke licenses obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this site.
